I think I first started feeling something different when I was about fifteen and began playing characters who didn’t just hang out with cats and who had more depth and emotional maturity. Feeling that really excited me, and I just wanted to feel it more and learn more about it.
“I’m definitely not an actor in order to receive an award. But at the same time, it’s what I love to do. So when you receive that acknowledgment, it’s like, ‘Wow, maybe I’ll be in a couple more movies.’ And that’s a really exciting thought.”

I thought that there would be a lot more viciousness, but maybe that’s because you’re afraid and for some reason you have this perspective, probably because of your own anxiety.
